Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and friendly Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at Sanctuary Games. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, helping customers discover the perfect games, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with daily store operations. If you love tabletop games and enjoy engaging with others in a dynamic and fun environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with finding products that meet their gaming needs

  • Provide recommendations and demonstrate how to play various tabletop games

  • Maintain product knowledge across our wide selection of board games, card games, and role-playing games

  • Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and manage customer purchases

  • Stock and organize products, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining in-store events, such as game nights or tournaments

  • Help create a welcoming and positive environment for customers

  • Answer customer inquiries, both in-store and over the phone, with accurate product information

  • Support store managers with general store operations, including inventory management and restocking

  • Keep the store clean and organized, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

  • Passion for tabletop games (board games, card games, RPGs, etc.)

  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented attitude

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings

  • Previous retail experience is a plus but not required

  • Must be 18 years or older
